The position will report to the Analytics Lead and be part of the Service Stream's Analytics & Insights function. The role is critical to improving analytical capabilities at Service Stream by implementing the latest features and technologies, to drive rich and comprehensive analysis.

About The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build, develop and maintain dashboards, including data models and performance metrics that provide valuable insights and supports key business decisions.
- Implement advanced Microsoft Fabric capabilities including lakehouses, warehouses, pipelines, and other features.
- Transform data and analysis into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Support analytics initiatives and offer ad-hoc analytics assistance to stakeholders.
- Work and build relationships with a range of cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Finance, Business.
- Support the agile delivery process within the function.
- Provide insights to propel the business forward, in areas including performance management, process improvement and innovation.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 4-5 years of experience in an analytics role, delivering data-driven solutions in a complex organisation.
- Proven track record of using a data platform such as Microsoft Fabric or similar.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Hands-on experience working with and optimising large datasets and models.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Python and automation experience would be a bonus.
- Industry experience in facilities management, property management, or government contracts would be a bonus.
- Ability to work across multiple business teams.
- Ability to work across a complex analytics project in a complex environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, IT, mathematics, or engineering.
- Passionate about building analytics solutions.
- Must be a strong advocate for how data and insights can improve business decisions.
