As part of this, we are looking for a Packaging Quality Officer (internal title is Packaging Quality Analyst) to join our team at Milton on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will report into the Packaging Quality Leader and is part of a small but critical team, governing quality standards and processes across the Packaging department, making sure every drop of our product meets the high standards our consumers expect.

What You’ll Do
- Support site performance achievement by driving a quality culture through coaching and building capability in production team members.
- Support and manage critical quality processes such as equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and chemical stock management.
- Prepare and deliver detailed quality reports, trends, and risk analyses to inform decision-making.
- Support packaging operations through analytical testing, validation activities, and documentation review.
- Coordinate contractor compliance and contributing to supplier performance reviews.
- Assist production teams by being a key part of New Product Development, along with changes to packaging and brewing specifications.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Quality experience in the food or beverage industry, with a strong understanding of food industry standards and GMP/ HACCP.
- A degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and coach others.
- Great problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with the confidence to initiate and drive improvement projects.
