Project Manager - Security & Compliance

TechnologyOne is seeking a Security & Compliance Project Manager to lead critical security and compliance initiatives across our business. As our Security & Compliance Project Manager, you will coordinate the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional security and compliance projects. You'll be a key member of the Security & Compliance team, working across business units to deliver critical outcomes that align with TechnologyOne's strategic goals.

This role requires sharp project delivery skills, operational execution excellence, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive meaningful organisational change.

What you'll be doing…

• Manage end-to-end delivery of security and compliance projects across the organisation
• Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery aligned with quality standards and methodologies
• Drive key operational processes including incident management, compliance, and security operations
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear roles, timelines, and dependencies
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and ensure accountability
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all business units to align on project goals
• Build trusted relationships to influence and support cross-functional project execution
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Champion continuous improvement in project delivery and methodologies
• Identify opportunities to optimise systems, processes, and costs while ensuring policy and WHS compliance

Your Talents…

• Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong organisational change management skills to drive adoption and engagement
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial acumen with a track record of aligning project outcomes to broader business strategies
• Experience in cyber security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within a large organisation (highly regarded)
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST CSF (desirable)
