Job Roles & Responsibilities: -


  • Analyzing, designing, and implementing IT processes
  • Ensuring alignment between Client’s global, regional, and local IT processes
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to IT processes
  • Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to align IT processes
  • Comprehensive documentation of processes and maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals
  • Ensuring compliance with Client and regulatory guidelines, rules and standards, and internal governance policies
  • Supporting audits and risk assessments by providing process documentation and evidence of controls
  • Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on process performance and effectiveness


Job Skills & Requirements: -


  • Degree: Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT process engineering
  • Improvement Methodologies: Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC)
  • Automation/Scripting: UiPath, PowerShell, Python
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure and/or AWS
  • Analytical Skills: Root‑cause analysis & problem solving


Preferred:-

  • Financial services domain
  • Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • BPMN/UML process modelling
  • Certifications: ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma belts, PMP
  • Experience in global teams & financial regulatory environments
