About The Opportunity

We’ve just kicked off our IFS Cloud rollout and are looking for a Business Analyst with deep process mapping expertise to join the team and help set the project up for success. If you know how to turn complex business operations into clear, logical process maps that support smart decision-making, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and our executive team to document current processes and design future-state workflows. You’ll help shape the future of our technology landscape and play a key role in ensuring our ERP implementation is robust, scalable, and fit for purpose.

You'll be part of the Project Delivery team, working alongside functional consultants and project managers to develop detailed end-to-end process maps that guide solution design, support change management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our enterprise architecture.

This is an initial 3–6 month contract, with the potential to extend.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development of business process maps across Finance, HR, Projects, Procurement and more
  • Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to capture, validate and refine future-state processes
  • Creating professional, structured documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart (BPMN, swimlanes etc.)
  • Collaborating with functional consultants, workstream leads and business users to ensure alignment
  • Supporting change initiatives with clear, accessible process documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience developing process maps as part of ERP implementations (IFS Cloud experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of core business functions and operations.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart or similar.
  • Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in construction or infrastructure is a bonus.
  • Formal certifications in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA) or process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.

Why join us?

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a significant transformation project with high visibility and impact. You’ll be part of a team that’s helping define how our business operates now and into the future, working at pace and with purpose.

You can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, and we’re happy to discuss flexible work arrangements.

Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you. Let us know what you’re looking for in your application.
