The Delivery & Installation team in Direk, Adeliade look after our growing customer base Adelaide-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too. The Opportunity
The Delivery & Installation team in Direk, Adeliade look after our growing customer base Adelaide-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too. We are currently looking for a superstar to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and installing appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm
- Loading and unloading of delivery truck
- Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers and staff
- Route and optimise runs, solve problems, perform toolbox meetings, lead a small team
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, as well as a physical fitness assessment
- Similar experience in a driver delivery role
- A clean driver license, a valid MR License
- Must be tech savvy, have basic computer skills and be physically fit to be able to lift and move appliances
- Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Adelaide, SA
- Supervisory experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Customer service experience would be an advantage
- Providing premium customer service and good communication skills
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
