Are you looking for a Site Manager role with no weekends?

You will start work on a $15m custom build located near Malvern. The building includes a basement, structure, and high-end finishes.

The company is known throughout Australia as it completes super high projects up to $40m.

They have an excellent reputation and an abundance of repeat work and projects in the pipeline. This can offer you job security, a career path, happy subcontractors and easy place to work.

You will work Monday to Friday, and regular site hours. There are now weekends offering work-life/balance.

The Project Manager has been with the business for several years and has participated in the ECI and negotiation phases. You will deliver a well-organised project.

We are holding interviews with the Directors, Construction Manager and PM over the next two weeks. The salary package on offer is up to $200k.

Due to the nature of the project and requirements, you will have extensive experience as a site manager in custom individual builds of similar value, commercial construction, multi-res, or similar projects. The project involves a structure and a basement, so site management delivery experience in this area is essential.
