What You Will Be Working On


Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive franchise growth by managing our national broker recruitment strategy. As the first point of contact for leads, you’ll assess prospects, coordinate interviews, and oversee their journey through the recruitment process. Working with State Managers, Marketing, and key partners, you’ll optimise lead generation, manage recruitment initiatives, and ensure targets are met while addressing challenges proactively.

Additionally, as part of the wider ABN Group, you will work with our builder partners when it comes to campaigns centred around the promotion of Resolve and its financial services/products.



Other key responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement strategies to identify and recruit suitable prospects aligned with the business's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including State Managers and Marketing, to identify target markets and industry segments for franchise growth.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline, conducting initial screenings and guiding prospects through the recruitment process to meet onboarding requirements.
  • Leverage industry networks and partnerships to ensure recruitment strategies align with best practices and maximise investment returns.
  • Deliver qualified leads and support onboarding processes to achieve annual recruitment targets and maintain high standards.
  • Support marketing campaigns, provide recruitment insights, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation while fostering productive relationships across teams.



Who Will Be Successful


You’re an experienced professional with a strong background in lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic pipeline management. Your ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, coupled with your leadership skills, will ensure your success in this role.


You will have also demonstrated the following:

  • Strong background in recruitment
  • Proven experience in sales, engagement and communication
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve business wide targets
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and able to act autonomously
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilising proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and similar platforms
