About The Role

We're looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Coffs Harbour. You'll be working alongside our Registered Nurse, providing person-centered care to residents in their home, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Every day is different, but your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development, modification, and evaluation of care plans
- Providing clinical assessments
- Visiting client homes to provide nursing care
- Liaising with GPs, care coordinators, RNs and allied health
- Attending to wound dressings
- Administration of medications
- Administration of Catheter care
- Keeping accurate notes and records
- Work-life balance – Part-time with flexible hours, including school-friendly shifts if needed
- Minimal on-call – Just one week every 8 weeks to assist with filling last minute shifts
- Varied and rewarding – Travel across Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas, from Grafton to Stewarts Point and up to Dorrigo

You’re a dedicated, experienced Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a community setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
You’ll Also Need
- Current AHPRA registration
- Community nursing experience
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- Knowledge of WHS principles including safe manual handling procedures
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Hold a current NSW drivers’ license
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old.
