We are dedicated to advocating with the communities we serve, working in partnership with others, and providing services that promote inclusion, fairness, and social justice. Our work includes homelessness and housing supports, youth and family services, programs promoting genuine participation for people with disabilities, community sector support, professional development, and systemic advocacy.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager People & Culture, located in either Northern NSW, Gold Coast or Central Coast regions. The Senior Manager People & Culture will oversee human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and standards. Additionally, the Senior Manager will work closely with leadership to support organisation goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and staff development programs
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams and support organizational goals
- Proven experience in promoting positive workplace culture and inclusion
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in social justice or nonprofit organizations is a plus
