About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Office Support & IT Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role that blends administrative support with strong IT capability. You’ll be working across various areas of the practice, supporting legal professionals, assisting with client service, and stepping in at reception when needed.
Your ability to confidently use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and your aptitude for learning new systems—especially our Affinity law practice management software—will be key to your success. You’ll also be responsible for setting up new computers and monitors for incoming staff and handling basic IT troubleshooting before escalating issues to our external IT service provider.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and liaise with external IT support when needed
- Set up and configure new computers and monitors for new starters
- Set up and assist audio visual systems for video meetings
- Learn and maximise the use of Affinity and other internal systems
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to lawyers and paralegals
- Assist with data entry, document management, and file handling (opening, closing, archiving)
- Step in for reception duties as needed, including greeting visitors and managing calls
- Help with general office upkeep and errands
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A genuine interest in technology and a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Previous experience in administration, IT support, or customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to develop and follow procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
