About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join the team at Macquarie Park on a full-time basis. You will be joining a Supportive team who love working #bettertogether. This role will offer a hybrid working environment with up to 2 days working from home.

You will be responsible for processing Australian Weekly and Monthly Salaried payroll. Your proven ability to provide excellent and proactive customer service is what we are looking for.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of end to end payroll processing experience
• Proven experience managing multiple complex payrolls;
• Advanced AU payroll legislation knowledgeDemonstrated ability to manage time effectively;
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral;
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills;
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative and creative approach;
• Outcome focused with the proven ability to implement and embed change;
• Action oriented and with ability to deliver with a sense of urgency.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• SAP payroll experience desirable
• Kronos or other T&A system knowledge is desirable;
• proven experience managing multiple complex payrolls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Previously worked on payroll improvement project
