Our Client Advisors provide a warm, memorable and luxurious shopping experience for all clients whilst maintaining a strong team spirit.

Whilst retail experience is helpful, it's certainly not a requirement! If you come armed with qualities such as humility, empathy, resilience and curiosity, we can support you with the technical training.

Job responsibilities

  • Deliver unparalleled, personalized service to every client and prospect, ensuring an unforgettable and luxurious brand experience from the moment they enter the boutique.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of each client's individual style and preferences, offering bespoke advice and introducing them to the exquisite artistry and heritage of our jewelry collections.
  • Expertly guide clients through the sales journey, employing sophisticated sales techniques to curate a unique and memorable shopping experience, consistently contributing to the boutique's achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Serve as a dedicated and proactive point of contact for all after-sales service inquiries, expertly managing repairs and ensuring swift resolution to maintain exceptional client satisfaction and foster lasting loyalty.
  • Nurture and expand client relationships through strategic CRM initiatives, meticulously recording client details, curating exclusive events, and implementing personalized engagement strategies as directed by the Boutique Manager.
  • Maintain the immaculate presentation of the boutique, ensuring all jewelry displays adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and contribute to an inviting and elegant atmosphere.

Profile

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to articulate clearly, listen attentively, and adapt communication style to suit diverse client personalities is crucial.
  • Passion for Luxury and Jewelry: A genuine enthusiasm for high-end jewelry and the luxury market will translate into authentic engagement with clients and a deeper understanding of their desires.
  • Sales Acumen and Persuasion: A natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and confidently guide them through the sales process is essential for driving revenue.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine desire to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences is paramount for building lasting relationships and brand loyalty.
