Ontrac is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time opportunity working to support our Allied Health team in Bowral.
You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.
This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

- Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
- Experience working with Exercise Physiologists would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with NDIS agreements (highly regarded)
- Someone who is passionate about the patient journey
