The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Operations & Business Impact Executive to join our team in either Brisbane or Sydney, on an initial 6 month Fixed term contract.
The Client Markets & Growth (CMG) Operations & Business Impact Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality Business Development operational services within the Clients, Markets & Growth function, working closely with other business services and legal teams.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence, particularly in data analysis and reporting, to ensure alignment with Ashurst's FY27 strategy.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience in a similar corporate or professional services environment, ideally within Business Development.
- Experience with analysis of datasets and creating reports for various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in working with various stakeholders and managing multiple competing priorities at the one time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools and technologies will be advantageous.
- Relevant tertiary education or equivalent certification is desirable.
