Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales budgets through strategic planning and execution of face-to-face visits and meaningful customer interactions.
- Build, train, and support a network of dealers to drive business growth and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, delivering timely and professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report sales trends, provide product feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven sales experience, preferably with experience selling into trade retail customers
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a professional approach to communication and customer care.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and provide expert advice.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a readiness to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working autonomously in managing a large portfolio of customers across the state
