Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you engaging deeply with cost control measures—reviewing expenses at both state and divisional levels—and producing regular labour reports that inform operational decisions. You will be responsible for preparing accurate budgets and projections that reflect each brand’s strategic direction while also conducting rigorous variance analyses to provide actionable insights. Balance sheet reconciliations will form a core part of your remit; you’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure all accounts are meticulously maintained. In addition to managing royalty payments and licensing reconciliations on a global scale, you’ll champion process improvements by streamlining procedures across both brands. Your collaborative approach will foster strong relationships within the finance team as well as with broader business stakeholders.
