- Act as a trusted commercial business partner to Sector and Regional General Managers, supporting strategic decision-making and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners as needed.
- Elevate the commercial finance function across ANZ and Shared Services by delivering high-impact analysis and actionable recommendations through robust financial modelling.
- Lead the development of key reports and presentation decks that highlight performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver clear, evidence-based insights through deep-dive analysis to guide business leaders in making informed decisions.
- Confidently interpret and distil large and complex data sets to uncover the underlying drivers of sector, site, customer, and product performance.
- Continuously enhance business modelling capabilities to forecast future performance and provide strategic insight aligned with operational objectives.
- CA or CPA qualified (essential)
- Demonstrates sharp analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and a high degree of numerical accuracy
- Proven track record of managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
