About the Position:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our sales and finance teams across APAC. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving reports and dashboards that enable effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will fluent with financial modeling and reporting systems – proactive, analytical problem solver and strategic thinker who is able to draw conclusions- not just report numbers.


Role and Responsibilities


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Set up processes to securely collect, store, process and validate data
  • Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of data
  • Analyze and interpret data to produce relevant statistics to describe and infer trends and patterns, solve problems and answer data-related queries
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automated dashboards and reports using Salesforce and DOMO to support day-to-day operations and executive visibility
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on sales pipeline health, win/loss trends, conversion rates, and deal velocity to support strategic sales forecasting and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to conduct KPI tracking and identify gaps or opportunities in revenue realization across verticals and markets
  • Identify opportunities for automation and standardization of sales and finance reporting processes
  • Support cross-regional operations and provide analytical assistance to local and regional stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations and/or writes reports to communicate findings and support strategic decision-making
  • Document business requirements


Skills and Qualifications


Background/Experience Required:


  • Degree in Business, accounting or quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics). Masters Preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales analytics, commercial strategy, business intelligence, or operations. Ideally within the digital media or ad tech industry
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills (3 years +); proficiency in BI tools such as DOMO or Power BI
  • Strong Python and/or R skills - 2+ years working with Python and/or R for data manipulation, cleansing and automation
  • Strong business communication skills with the ability to influence commercial and leadership stakeholders
  • Proven experience in delivering insights that influence revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships
  • Proven project management expertise to drive initiatives from planning through to successful delivery
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate large, global organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through


Bonus

  • Experience with cloud computing (Snowflake, DBT) considered advantageous
  • Experience with GitHub considered highly advantageous
  • Linux Experience
  • Dash and/or Shiny or any other library
