What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective guests via phone, email and chat guiding them through their holiday planning journey.
- Convert warm leads into bookings using a consultative, strategic approach.
- Own your sales pipeline in Salesforce; track follow-ups, log activity, and drive conversions.
- Drive revenue across both B2C and B2B channels by recommending the right travel experiences based on each guest’s or advisor’s needs.
- Consistently achieve KPIs for sales, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing wins and best practices.
- Stay current on our travel products, brand promotions, and global travel trends.
- Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

- A strong service orientation with excellent communication and discovery skills.
- Confidence working with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Bonus: Experience in travel, contact centres, or consultative sales environments.
- This role requires availability during our peak sales windows including evenings (after 5 PM) and weekends to best support demand and maximise your sales potential.
