We’re on the lookout for a Power BI Report Developer with hands-on experience in building dynamic dashboards and reports on top of a Databricks-based Lakehouse architecture, using the Medallion (Bronze-Silver-Gold) pattern.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Databricks Lakehouse data.
• Leverage the Medallion architecture to build scalable, optimized visualizations.
• Write and fine-tune complex SQL queries across large datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to turn business needs into actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across all reporting assets.
• Manage row-level security, data refresh schedules, and Power BI workspaces.
• Support version control, documentation, and deployment of BI solutions.
• Champion best practices in data visualization, UX/UI design, and performance optimization.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Proven experience with Power BI and Databricks Lakehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and database concepts.
• Familiarity with the Bronze-Silver-Gold data layering approach.
• A sharp eye for design and user experience in dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
