Large scale, values-based organisation based in Perth CBD are seeking a Payroll Governance & Compliance Manager to join a project team, leading Business Analysts. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Your new role

The key objective of the role is to continue to build and maintain a governance and compliance framework for the business. This will involve:

  • Engaging with key internal stakeholders to understand pain points and make recommendations to mitigate risk
  • Implement controls for managing and interpreting Enterprise Agreements
  • Regular auditing of payroll and time&attendance systems and processes
  • Review and update reporting tools and formats
  • Participate in any remediation projects, as required
  • Clear documentation of processes including review and optimisation


What you'll need to succeed

  • Payroll expertise
  • A passion for compliance and in-depth knowledge of payroll compliance
  • Thorough understanding of Enterprise Agreements and their impact on payroll processes
  • Experience working in large, complex businesses
  • Experience building and maintaining robust processes and governance frameworks
  • Team leadership and hands-on delivery of project objectives
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
