An exciting opportunity exists with our client who support the mining and resources sector. They are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse & Purchasing Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily purchasing activities and procurement support.
  • Create and manage purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and deliveries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to track and coordinate shipments.
  • Support inventory checks and general warehouse operations.
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies and supply issues.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
  • Previous experience in purchasing and stores roles (essential).
  • Valid Forklift Licence (essential) and HR Licence (desirable).
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and good numerical ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system experience
  • Organised, adaptable, and team-focused.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.


Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
