- Provide expert support throughout the implementation phase, addressing and resolving client issues.
- Train clients to effectively utilize HRIS solutions, empowering them with knowledge and skills.
- Work alongside project managers, developers, and support teams to achieve seamless delivery.
- Document and refine implementation processes, offering insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct reviews post-implementation to gather client feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in HRIS technologies.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of HRIS solutions and HR business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management tools is a bonus.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements.
