What You Will Do:

  • Provide expert support throughout the implementation phase, addressing and resolving client issues.
  • Train clients to effectively utilize HRIS solutions, empowering them with knowledge and skills.
  • Work alongside project managers, developers, and support teams to achieve seamless delivery.
  • Document and refine implementation processes, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct reviews post-implementation to gather client feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in HRIS technologies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of HRIS solutions and HR business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a bonus.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements.
