As a Experience Product owner, you will play a pivotal role in planning and facilitating the delivery of digital member experiences aligned with both member needs and organizational priorities. Your responsibilities will include breaking down prioritized initiatives into delivery-ready requirements, coordinating discovery activities with the team and stakeholders, and providing leadership to a cross-functional team.
This role is being offered as a 24-month max term contract.

What will you be doing?
- Understand member/customer needs, objectives, and delivery considerations to make recommendations on initiative scope and outcomes.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to define, clarify, or elaborate on requirements, identify dependencies, and remove blockers.
- Ensure organsational readiness for experience initiatives in collaboration with business process owners and the change management function.
- Contribute to the enterprise digital member experience roadmap and align discovery and delivery activities with organisational strategy.
- Communicate planned work, sprint goals, and delivery achievements through ceremonies and other required forums.
- Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand member needs and integrate them into prioritisation and delivery.
- Use data to identify improvements and measure impact.
- Partner with Experience Design to understand best practices and market trends, applying them to enhance member experiences.
- Negotiate/influence stakeholders on digital member experience recommendations and best practices.
- Qualifications in a related discipline (Human-Centered Design, Customer/User Experience, Marketing, Project Management, Design, Product Development, Communications, Agile delivery).
- Extensive experience delivering digital customer experiences or products.
- Experience delivering successful outcomes in a team environment using an agile delivery methodology.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and teams.
