The Role And What We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced Claims Officers with excellent communication skills, strong analytical and negotiation abilities and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries;
• Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end;
• Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files;
• Determining liability and communicating outcome; and
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
