As our highly valued Research and Insights Specialist based in our Head Office in Brisbane CBD. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Be a central point of contact and coordination for team members leveraging the Voice of
staff. You will manage the operational and administration responsibilities of the program, across

- Leveraging customer feedback captured through the Voice of Customer program and other

- Manage Great Southern Bank’s Research Community to facilitate fast turnaround customer
