About the role:
The Sales Enablement Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the right tools, content, training, and support to drive productivity and performance. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate training programs, manage enablement tools, curate sales content, and support onboarding initiatives.

How you will add value:
Sales Onboarding & Training Coordination
- Support the execution of structured onboarding programs for new sales hires.
- Coordinate and track training sessions, certifications, and learning paths.
- Assist in facilitating sales training, including calendar management, invites, feedback, and logistics. For new starters, ongoing refresher training and roll out of changes, new features or product releases.
Sales Content & Tools Management
- Maintain a centralised repository of sales collateral (e.g., playbooks, scripts, decks, case studies).
- Ensure sales enablement tools (eg. Sales Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge and Docebo LMS) are up to date and user-friendly.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to ensure content aligns with go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with the P&C Talent Development team to best utilise our LMS to deliver onboarding and ongoing skills development for sales team members, aligned with career pathways.
- Collect feedback from the sales team to continuously improve programs and materials.
- Help prepare sales playbooks, cheat sheets, and competitive battlecards.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage logistics and documentation for enablement initiatives .
- Work collaboratively with our Manila-based Training Coordinator to ensure training content is up to date and consistent across all sales channels.
- Support ad-hoc enablement requests from sales leaders and reps.
About you:
- 1-3 years' experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or administrative support roles.
- Experience in a fast paced sales environment.
- Experience building or updating training documentation, knowledge bases, or onboarding checklists.
- Have facilitated training or onboarding sessions
- Proficiency in tools including Salesforce, Google Workspace and LMS platforms.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing enablement needs.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
