Human Resource Manager

Here Are Some Things You Will Be Responsible For

• Develop and implement HR strategies to make us the best
• Support our Talent Manager with recruitment, selection processes and internal mobility
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and other HR-related issues (not create them)
• Maintain compensation and benefits programs
• Identify and address training needs, overseeing training programs
• Provide decision support to Leadership through HR metrics
• Support Leaders to lead

• Project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Leadership role (could be standalone), ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation and best practices
• Intermediate proficiency in, MS Office Suite, and relevant software applications
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory)
