Here Are Some Things You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and implement HR strategies to make us the best
- Support our Talent Manager with recruitment, selection processes and internal mobility
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and other HR-related issues (not create them)
- Maintain compensation and benefits programs
- Identify and address training needs, overseeing training programs
- Provide decision support to Leadership through HR metrics
- Support Leaders to lead
- Pace, critical thinking and adaptability "that's not my job" is not a thing here
- Positive communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skill
- Punctuality, collaboration and work ethic
- Project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Leadership role (could be standalone), ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation and best practices
- Intermediate proficiency in, MS Office Suite, and relevant software applications
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory)
