We are looking for a multiple Senior Project Manager to join us on a 12-month max-term contract to support new project work we have scheduled.

What will you be doing?
- Strategic project governance & delivery – Control schedule, scope, budget, risks and dependencies for complex applications and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cross‑functional solution design – Collaborate with RAC teams to shape approaches that meet business objectives, designing implementation strategies and processes in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Risk, compliance & quality assurance – Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, embed regulatory requirements, and maintain rigorous documentation, highlight/exception reporting and post‑implementation reviews.
- Resource & artefact management – Determine resourcing needs, steer day‑to‑day development of project artefacts, and optimise deployment of internal and external resources.
- Executive reporting & governance – Produce clear status reports and Steering Committee presentations, offering actionable insights and recommendations for informed decision‑making.
- Change leadership & business readiness – Orchestrate engagement, communications, training and go‑live activities to embed change and provide robust post‑implementation support and transition plans.
- High‑performance team & stakeholder leadership – Inspire project teams and service providers, cultivate strong relationships, and secure stakeholder buy‑in through workshops, presentations and ongoing collaboration.
- Post graduate qualifications in business is desirable.
- Ability to manage ambiguous situations and help guide team members through them whilst building great trust and relationships.
- Qualifications in project management, e.g. Prince2, MSP is highly desirable.
- Significant experience in successfully developing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

- Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Working in an environment that is embracing a continuous improvement culture using experimentation to support learning.
