About The Role

Are you a strategic and innovative Social Media Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in Perth?

At Face to Face Touring, we are looking for someone to take the reins of our social media strategy and drive growth across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive engagement, brand awareness, and ticket sales, using data-driven insights to continually optimise performance. From creating compelling ad content to managing geo-targeted campaigns, you’ll ensure that our social media efforts are both impactful and results-focused.

You'll have the opportunity to truly own the voice and vision of the brand across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. With a strong focus on paid social media campaigns, A/B testing, and audience engagement, you'll drive measurable results while building our online community. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive social media strategy: Lead campaigns from conception to execution, working to grow the brand's presence.
  • Execute paid campaigns: Manage and optimise social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Audience targeting: Build and manage geo-targeted campaigns to maximise relevance and reach.
  • Create compelling content: Develop high-converting ad creatives based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with the marketing team, ticketing agents, and venues to repurpose content and strengthen strategies.
  • Campaign optimisation: Adjust strategies in real-time to meet campaign goals, tracking performance and budget adherence.
  • A/B testing: Test creatives, audience groups, and formats to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Manage online community: Engage with followers, responding to comments and fostering relationships.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years in social media roles, ideally within music, entertainment, sports, or lifestyle industries.
  • Technical skills: Strong knowledge of analytics, audience management, and campaign tracking.
  • Results-driven: Proven success in paid campaigns, optimising for ROI and conversions.
  • Platform expertise: Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and geo-targeted ad campaigns.
  • Creative mindset: Passion for storytelling and developing engaging content strategies.
  • Time management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Cool under pressure, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
