We are seeking a motivated and capable APS6 Project Officer to support the delivery of complex projects within a dynamic team environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for delivering outcomes that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply project management methodologies to plan, monitor and deliver project work packages on time and within scope.
- Manage competing priorities with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgement in decision-making.
- Initiate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, government partners, and service providers.
- Prepare high-quality written material, including briefs, reports, and presentations, communicating complex information clearly and effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues, applying evidence-informed approaches and escalating risks as needed.
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects in a government or community services context, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative stakeholder relationships across sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
- Understanding of community engagement principles or consultation processes.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and reporting systems.
- Candidates must be an Australian Citizen
