About The Role
Our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is looking to hire a Brisbane based Project Coordinator to support the EPMO in delivering successful projects.
The role ensures that projects are executed to meet scope, time, budget, and quality standards while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.

About The Role
Our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is looking to hire a Brisbane based Project Coordinator to support the EPMO in delivering successful projects.
The role ensures that projects are executed to meet scope, time, budget, and quality standards while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Support
- Collaborate with Project Managers to engage stakeholders, understand requirements, and contribute to the development of proposals supporting business improvement initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and manage high-quality project documentation, including charters, plans, and schedules.
- Track and monitor project progress, milestones, and timelines, proactively identifying risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate and participate in project meetings, capturing minutes and action items to drive accountability.
- Ensure timely and accurate program/project reporting, including the preparation of status reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
- Assist in project governance by organizing Steering Committee materials such as agendas and minutes.
- Monitor and manage compliance with project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Serve as a key point of contact, supporting stakeholders with project-related inquiries and ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Manage project schedules, tracking key activities, and coordinating resources to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Leverage MS Project Online and other Microsoft 365 tools to maintain project records and facilitate team collaboration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Project Online and Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to create and manage high-quality project documentation, including charters, schedules, and reports.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing project demands.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience preparing governance materials, such as Steering Committee agendas and minutes.
- Capability to maintain and monitor compliance with project methodologies and frameworks.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMI, PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent professional experience coordinating complex projects.
