Description

Reporting to the Solution Consultant Team Lead within our Global Onboarding Team, the role of Solutions Consultant is to provide advice and expertise on, and develop solutions within, the business process automation space. This includes automating documents, precedents and workflows; implementing document management, precedent and workflow-related solutions; and delivering training within these areas. The ideal candidate brings strong technical experience with Python scripting and/or other scripting or query languages, such as SQL.

We are open to candidates from Brisbane or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing consulting and business analysis services to clients
  • Delivering implementation and training services to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Scoping, designing and delivering bespoke custom solutions
  • Installing and configuring business process improvement solutions in consultation with clients
  • Identifying and recommending service, product and solution improvements
  • Highlighting any risks and proposing solutions to mitigate those risks
  • Developing and maintaining standard packages and modules
  • Creating and maintaining internal and external facing support documentation
  • Providing L3 support for escalated Helpline tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Assisting the pre-sales process by providing customised demonstrations, as required
  • Ensuring consistent adherence to practice management tools and methodologies


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Information Systems, Computer Science (related discipline) or equivalent experience
  • Technical competency in writing and refactoring code required (Python and SQL highly regarded)
  • Experience within a professional services environment, an advantage
  • Experience with legal, accounting and/or document management software, preferred
  • Experience as an Analyst, Consultant, Precedent Developer or Report Writer, preferred
  • High proficiency in the MS Office suite of products, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to Executive level
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Ability to manage the competing demands of working on multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to manage varying client demands and personalities, with professionalism and composure
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse functional groups and geographies
