You’ll play a key role in the Global Integrated Mobilisation Solutions (GIMS) program — supporting senior stakeholders, driving delivery, and ensuring everything stays on track.

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support a suite of projects across Woodside’s Global Travel Solutions portfolio. You’ll play a key role in the Global Integrated Mobilisation Solutions (GIMS) program — supporting senior stakeholders, driving delivery, and ensuring everything stays on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the GIMS Program Manager and workstream leads
- Coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitating team meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions
- Liaising across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies
- Helping ensure alignment with project scope, objectives, and quality standards
- Proven experience in project coordination within large or complex organisations (energy/resources a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of project management tools — MS Project is essential
- Comfortable with Gantt charts, dependencies, and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in or exposure to change management highly desirable
