Role Description
We’re on the lookout for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our vibrant virtual team — and we need you to start right away! This remote, part-time or full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of executive and corporate branding. You'll take full ownership of social strategy, content creation, scheduling, and reporting for C-level executives and organisations, helping them confidently build an authentic and engaging online presence that reflects their leadership and vision.
Location: Remote – Philippines only
Responsibilities
- Design and manage tailored content calendars for personal and corporate brands across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Craft eye-catching graphics and short-form video content using Canva and video editing tools
- Write thoughtful leadership posts, engaging captions, and value-driven content that reflects each client’s unique voice, goals, and brand personality
- Plan, schedule, and publish content through platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite
- Proactively monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and flag important conversations for client input
- Analyse and report on key performance metrics: reach, engagement, audience growth, and lead generation
- Partner closely with clients to ensure messaging is aligned with executive milestones, media appearances, and business updates
- Stay curious and informed on platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices in executive digital presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally supporting executives or professional service providers
- Confident using Canva, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Twitter/X, and video editing software
- Outstanding writing and editing skills, with a natural ability to capture each client’s unique voice and tone
- Strategic thinker with a flair for storytelling and personal brand development
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple accounts with grace
- Previous experience in remote work environments strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (AU English)
