We’re hiring an experienced Site Administrator to join a high-performing team on-site, working a 4/3 FIFO roster from Perth. This role is focused on supporting a busy department across logistics, onboarding, event coordination, and day-to-day admin.
You’ll be the central contact for roster updates, travel arrangements, meeting support, and onboarding logistics. This is a 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension for the right candidate.

- Oversee day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Organise department events, meetings, and logistics
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Update rosters, flight bookings, and accommodation (Workflow & Spear)
- Forecast accommodation requirements for the department
- Take meeting minutes and distribute updates
- Order and monitor office and site supplies
- Distribute site-wide communications and team notices
- Proven administrative experience in a site-based or FIFO environment
- Confident managing travel, rosters, and onboarding processes
- Familiar with Workflow and Spear booking systems (or similar)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills and initiative
- Must have the right to work in Australia
