Your Role
You will work closely with the team to provide high-quality play-based educational programs and assist them in implementing a curriculum that reflects best practice.
You will build and maintain positive relationships with children and families, and the local community. Most importantly, you will make a difference to the lives of children in our care and the professional practices of our educators.

Your Role

- Earn minimum $35.57 an hour, with additional Leadership Allowance paid on top of fortnightly wage.

- 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave – After 12 months of continuous service
- A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- A minimum of one year experience or ability to demonstrate the capability and capacity to be an effective Leader.
- Display confident abilities to communicate, reflect, challenge professional dialogue and build respectful workplace relationships.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
