Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Uplift the governance, processes and issue management infrastructure that supports payroll globally
  • Improve current processes and controls in each region
  • Assist with the modernisation of the payroll systems in Asia regions and Paris
  • This role will require out of office hours calls with London, France, New York, Singapore, Japan and China. You will deal with Asia on a daily basis, and Europe and US possibly several times a week
  • Assist with the identification and registration of models in the Model Risk Management System (MRMS)
  • Assist in formalising the accountability of international obligations ownership.
  • Undertake project activity as directed by the Head of Global Payroll Transformation and the Senior Consultant, International Payroll to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget

  • Strong payroll processing, controls and governance experience
  • Creativity and simplifying processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
  • Process development and documentation including writing of work instructions and process mapping
  • Implementation of controls and governance frameworks
  • Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
  • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
  • Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
  • Report and presentation writing experience using Word and PowerPoint. As well as advanced Excel skills
