- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- High ability to demonstrate capability and capacity to be an effective member of a team.
- Display confident abilities to communicate, reflect and build respectful workplace relationships.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Frameworks, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
