We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a collaborative team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This essential role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys providing comprehensive administrative support.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a collaborative team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This essential role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys providing comprehensive administrative support.
- Macquarie Park location - walking distance to public transport (metro, trains, buses)
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- 6 month temp with a view for extension and/or permanency

- Professionally greet and assist all visitors and vendors.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings -
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE BOOKING CORPORATE TRAVEL ON CORPORATE PLATFORMS
- Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office and kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Provide support with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting.
- Assist other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the office, communal areas, and meeting rooms.
- Facilitate the distribution of internal communications.
- Support the organization of internal events and meetings.
- Act as a central point of contact for staff and external vendors.
- Proven experience in an office assistant, administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is essential.
- Familiarity with Locomote would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
