We not only source and distribute surgical implants but are focused on biologics, surgical instruments, consumables, and capital equipment.

As a Loan Kit Technician, you will play a critical role in our Macquarie Park fulfillment team, working closely with Operations and Sales Teams to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of surgical kits. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in MedTech Kit Rooms, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. The position is full-time (5 days per week) and includes on-call responsibilities when required.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environment
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory management
  • Thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excels in time management and multitasking, balancing competing priorities effectively

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
  • Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures
  • Accurately transacting all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures
