This person will lead client conversations, shape insights offerings in business development pitches and renewals, and work closely with CX and sales teams to embed data-led thinking into customer strategies.

About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Insights Lead to take ownership of the insights and analytics function, driving both strategic and commercial value across client engagements. This person will lead client conversations, shape insights offerings in business development pitches and renewals, and work closely with CX and sales teams to embed data-led thinking into customer strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Insights customer and commercial function, setting the standard for high-quality output and strategic direction.
- Serve as the senior insights partner in key client conversations, presenting research findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to shape and present insights solutions for new business proposals, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert for media intelligence and strategic insight.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive client strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Lead report review and editing function to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client objectives.
- Support and mentor a small team of insights professionals, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic insight and recommendation for future product enhancement and innovation to support customer objectives in the long-term.
- Work closely with Account Management, Customer Experience and Business Development teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Proven experience in an insights, research, or data-driven role (ideally in media, communications, or marketing).
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
- Commercial experience including partnering with sales teams to drive strategic business growth.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
