As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to drive growth, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding results. Your leadership skills will be key in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
As a Branch Operations Manager, you will:
- Build the capabilities of the branch network in terms of sales and operations
- Manage Sales and Inventory performance including aged inventory, stock turns and debtor arrangements
- Assist with the development and implementation of AIRR’s retail strategy; including implementing and driving key sales campaigns + activities
- Identify new growth opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners
- Manage the branch staffing requirements including recruitment, rostering, training, performance management
- Building and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and support sales staff, as needed
- Planning and driving marketing of branch services and products and play an active role in campaigns, field days, client nights and community events
To excel at AIRR, you have:
- Experience leading dynamic sales teams and an understanding of the equine, pet &/or rural industry
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret and prepare P&L reports
- Passion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environment
- Team player with great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Demonstrated experience as a people leader with the ability to upskill and coach
