About Our Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Site Service Supervisor plays a critical role in leading a team that delivers on our brand promise, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of the service department.

This role will oversee a small administrative team and a team of technicians on the road. As the manager, you will support, influence, and motivate the team and be accountable for the day-to-day supervision of service activities.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing leadership, direction, and guidance to the service team
  • Generating regular reports and analyses on service performance
  • Monitoring team performance against KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Managing customer escalations and troubleshooting solutions
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operations
  • Drive continuous process improvements to improve service performance

About You

You need to be approachable and have an open and transparent communication style whilst you balance competing priorities and demands in a high functioning environment. Your agile approach and ability to be pragmatic in providing quality customer service is a must, along with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise.

You Will Have

  • Experience leading, building and developing high performing and engaged teams
  • Experience preferably in a similar industry, multi-site, manufacturing custom orders to install
  • Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Aptitude to learn technical product and systems knowledge
  • Self-awareness, emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Ability to work between core business hours of 7.30 am - 4:00 pm
