At SISU, we embody extraordinary determination, perseverance, endurance, resilience, and tenacity, values at the heart of our culture. The ideal candidate is diverse, resilient, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
The Type of Person We're Looking For
At SISU, we seek people who are diverse, resilient, and collaborative. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a can-do attitude to every challenge, and understand that success is a team effort. You are the hands on, roll your sleeve up type.
You’re not just technically capable, you are flexible and creative, not attached to a particular methodology.
You bring positivity, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset that helps drive real outcomes for our clients and partners.
You might be looking for a new challenge and growth in your career or be at your best doing the work you love with a bunch of great humans.
Why Work with SISU?
Our greatest strength is our team, the SISUcrew, plus some other things:
Business Analyst
You conduct stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering, produce process maps and business solution documentation, work closely with delivery and change teams, and support both agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
Change Manager
You develop and deliver tailored change strategies, lead communication, training, and engagement activities, assess change readiness and track adoption, guide junior team members, and enhance internal change capabilities.
Project Manager
You deliver complex government projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, risks, and budgets. You lead governance, drive coordination and reporting, and keep everything aligned with client needs and strategic goals.
