- Ensure high standards of WHS compliance on site.
- Oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets.
- Effectively manage workforce resourcing and productivity, including management and communication of labour schedules.
- Procure equipment and materials, with a focus on accurate cost and quantity control within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Liaise closely with the client, ensuring project runs to program.
- Commercial construction management experience, typically 10+ years.
- An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies.
- Experience across a range of project types and industries.
- Demonstrated skills in leading by example.
- The ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Well-developed planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated cost control techniques.
- Clear understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
