Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using OMOP CDM, FHIR, and other standards.
- Support integration of clinical research data from platforms such as Oracle Clinical One and LabMatrix.
- Collaborate with software and data engineers to enable robust data harmonisation.
- Extend data models to represent biobank and animal model samples.
- Build capabilities for real-time data exchange with electronic medical record (eMR) systems.
- Contribute to national and international collaborations to improve health data interoperability.
- Foster data use from structured and unstructured sources, including natural language processing.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, data governance, and cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in or higher qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
