As an Application Support Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients and internal teams by troubleshooting, resolving, and enhancing the use of cutting-edge property management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level application support for property accounting, management, and facilities management systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system performance.
• Work closely with clients, internal teams, and developers to enhance system functionality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding users through best practices and system optimization.
• Assist in system testing, upgrades, and documentation.

About You:

• Experience in application support or software troubleshooting, ideally within Accounting/Finance software, PropTech, real estate, facilities management or related business management systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, property or related business management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
