The Role

We are seeking a Service Reporting & Governance Analyst to join our operational support team for a key Sydney-based enterprise client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service performance reporting, SLA compliance, vendor engagement, and operational governance processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured service delivery environments and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.

This is an on-site role based in Sydney, embedded within a highly collaborative and delivery-focused support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports on service performance, SLAs, and operational metrics.
  • Monitor and track incident, change, and problem management activity via ITSM tools.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., IBM, HCL) to manage escalations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation including SOPs, workflows, and reporting templates.
  • Support internal knowledge transfer, onboarding, and transition activities.
  • Contribute to governance processes, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years experience in service reporting, governance, or service delivery support.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with strong data presentation and analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application in support environments.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
